Moncton (NB), May 26, 2022 - Assumption Life is once again riding for the cause and is supporting the Tour of Hope as the official presenter for the fifth consecutive year. This much-anticipated event of the CHU Dumont Foundation will maintain its inclusive formula, in which everyone can register, regardless of their level of ability. In addition, the 2022 edition returns to its roots with its pre-pandemic format with a group of expert cyclists who will travel throughout the province.

"Supporting the Tour of Hope once again is an excellent way for Assumption Life to support our people and our communities and to make a difference. With each pedal stroke, we contribute to the fight against cancer, a terrible disease that affects us all. We encourage people throughout New Brunswick and the Atlantic provinces to join us in raising funds for this cause that is very close to our hearts," said Sébastien Dupuis, president and CEO of Assumption Life.

Several members of the Assumption Life team will be racking up the miles on their bikes between now and the conclusion of the Tree of Hope campaign in November in order to collect donations for people with cancer. Other employees are supporting their colleagues by providing monetary support for their efforts.

The invitation to participate to accumulate kilometers by bike is extended to all the population. You can register now at www.dumontfoundation.ca. A group of expert cyclists is also crossing the province over a distance of 660 kilometers from Edmundston to Moncton, from August 18 to 20.
